Step 1
Log into the Fintevo platform
Open the platform as you normally would. Make sure you're logged in the feedback widget is only available to authenticated users.
Step 2
Click the BETA badge in the top-left corner
Look for the purple BETA badge in the top-left of the platform header. Click it to open the feedback panel.
Step 3
Choose the right board
Select the category that best fits your submission. Four boards are available:
Bug report
Feature request
Other
Step 4
Fill in the details
Add a clear title and describe what happened (or what you'd like to see). The more specific, the better.
💡 For bugs: include what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Step 5
Submit - you're done
Hit submit. You'll see a confirmation in the platform. You're done!
