By supporting all major browsers, we ensure you can trade on your preferred trading platform without compromising your preferred web-browser. However, we always recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best performance and security.

Google Chrome:
Click the three (3) vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of your browser
Select "Help" → "About Google Chrome"
Mozilla Firefox:
Click the hamburger menu (≡) in the top-right corner of your browser
Select "Help" → "About Firefox"
Microsoft Edge:
Click the three (3) horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of your browser
Select "Help and feedback" → "About Microsoft Edge"
Safari:
Click "Safari" in the menu bar (top-left)
Select "About Safari"

Part 3: Tips for Optimal Platform Performance
1) Keep your browser updated - why it matters:
Latest security patches protect your trading account
Performance improvements make the platform faster
Bug fixes prevent login and trading issues
How to update:
Most browsers should update automatically, but sometimes they don't
Check your browser version (see instructions above)
Restart your browser if an update is pending
2) Clear your browser cache - why it matters:
Removes old data that may cause slow loading
Removes old data that may be conflicting with the platform
Fixes display issues (charts not loading, buttons not responding etc)
Resolves most login issues

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (MacBook)
Select "All time" from the time range dropdown
Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
Click "Clear data"
Mozilla Firefox:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (MacBook)
Select "Everything" from the time range dropdown
Click "Clear Now"
Microsoft Edge:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (MacBook)
Select "All time" from the time range dropdown
Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
Click "Clear now"
Safari:
Click "Safari" in the menu bar
Select "Clear History..."
Choose "All history" from the dropdown
Click "Clear History"
3) Disable Browser Extensions That Conflict
Extensions that commonly cause issues:
Ad blockers (they block platform scripts)
VPN tools (cause login failures)
Password managers (interfere with form filling)
Browser toolbars (outdated and conflict with layout)
How to disable extensions:
Google Chrome:
Click the puzzle icon (🧩) in the top-right corner of your browser
Find the extension causing issues
Click "Manage extensions"
Toggle the extension OFF
Refresh Fintevo and test
Mozilla Firefox:
Click the hamburger menu (≡) in the top-right of your browser
Select "Add-ons and extensions"
Find the extension causing issues
Click "Disable"
Refresh Fintevo and test
Microsoft Edge:
Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right
Select "Extensions"
Find the extension causing issues
Toggle it OFF
Refresh Fintevo and test
Safari:
Click "Safari" in the menu bar
Select "Preferences" → "Extensions"
